119 Corbo provides a negotiated rate from UPS shipping service provider internationally. Customers will be charged for goods purchased using the information provided during the checkout process.
Orders will be shipped to the provided shipping address. Before purchases can be dispatched 119 Corbo must receive confirmation that the transaction has been processed and approved through our point-of-sale software, your billing details may need to be confirmed.
If any complications arise you will be contacted by 119 Corbo using your provided information. Once payment has been confirmed your item will ship within 48 hours, a tracking number will be provided so that you may monitor your shipment. Taxes and shipping costs may vary depending on the location items are being shipped to. Expedited shipping may be purchased at an additional cost during the checkout process. The risk of lost or stolen goods purchased from 119 Corbo is assumed by the customer upon delivery of the goods to UPS. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or damaged items.
Taxes & Duties
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable rates of the province to which the order is being shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
All returns must be authorized by 119 Corbo before a refund or store credit will be issued, a request for return authorization can be made here. If you wish to return an item, that item must be postmarked as received by UPS within five calendar days of its original delivery. To be eligible for a return, Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and with original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox in original condition. All applicable dust bags, boxes, tags, cards, and care information must be included with the returned item. Damaged, worn, or incomplete merchandise will be rejected and sent back to the customer, costs for returning damaged returns will be incurred by the customer. 119 Corbo reserves the right to deny any returns it believes do not comply with this policy. We do not take returns on sale merchandise or exchanges. All sale merchandise is final sale.
