Shipping Rates
119 Corbo provides complimentary standard shipping for deliveries within Toronto and Montreal.
For international orders, we offer negotiated rates provided directly through our shipping partner, UPS, which are calculated at checkout.
Delivery, Signature & Risk
To protect high-value luxury shipments, all orders strictly require an adult signature upon delivery, regardless of order value or destination.
Official delivery status confirmed by our carrier—including signature capture logs, physical scan data, or GPS verification—serves as definitive, legal proof of order fulfillment.
Risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the client upon carrier delivery confirmation. 119 Corbo is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier; claim inquiries must be filed directly with UPS.
Duties & Taxes
Applicable Canadian provincial sales taxes (GST/PST/HST) are calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery destination.
For international destinations, applicable import duties, customs taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout. No additional duty charges will be owed upon delivery.
Unclaimed, Refused & Undeliverable Shipments
Clients are responsible for monitoring their shipment tracking and arranging prompt delivery or collection once dispatched.
Carriers will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times at the designated shipping address. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be held at a local carrier access point or facility for 5 business days (or the carrier's maximum retention period).
If a package is returned to 119 Corbo due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from a carrier facility within the 5 business day window, the transaction will be canceled upon physical receipt and inspection at our warehouse.
119 Corbo reserves the right to deduct all original outbound shipping fees, carrier return freight charges, and applicable administrative or restocking fees from the final refund amount. Original paid duties and taxes are non-refundable.
